There are 10 main point to make a good poster:

2.     What is the best program for a poster?
Photoshop is a really good program for graphic creating because it has a high graphics and it is quite easy to use but in school we don’t have the facility to use photoshop. In this case powerpoint is good becuase it is simple and esay to use the problemis that it has a low resolution of graphics and you can’t make A3 poster. The only office progam in  which you can make A3 poster is publisher thins is why i think it’s the most conveniat program for school making posters.

As we can see in the video photoshop is a great program for a poster mainly because it has many pixels and the poster will come out at high definition even if A3. In addition it has much more thing to do, you have a wider range of choices: colour, background, images, cropping... With photoshop you work in layers and it is a more easier and organized way to work.

3.     What  are the most eye-catching colours
The most eye-catching colours are the bright colours, becuase the brian spots moret he bright colours that the cold colour.  I did a small survay around this question in which i should the colour to the person and ask which was the most attractive:
Colours
Number of people
Yellow
5
Green
2
Blue
0
Violet
2
Red
7
Orange
4

Total = 20

Yellow, pure bright lemon yellow is the most fatiguing color. the physics of light and optics. More light is reflected by bright colors, resulting in excessive stimulation of the eyes. Therefore, yellow is an eye irritant. Babies cry more in yellow rooms, husbands and wives fight more in yellow kitchens, and opera singers throw more tantrums in yellow dressing rooms. Be careful how you use it. In practical application, do not paint the walls of a critical task environment yellow.

4.     What kind of information must a poster have in it?
A poster should have a small amount of information but the most important. In this way the audience can read in two or three line all the information on the event which is begin advertised. This is an example of a well set out poster with the right information:

More over I need to advertise the X-factor poster consequently I should have all the X factor event information: "It will be held the 13 november at 7.30" and could predict that it will finish at 9.00 "some food will be served the aperitivi"

5.     What font should I use?
The right font for a poster should be read clearly even from far away so fonts like Apple Chancery are not perfect i would raccomend Arial Black which is easily see in whatever context or size

As we can notice in this poster the font is very large and the title is gigantic and they also played with the colours.
Mainly primary colours like blue, green, red. The font attracts attention and give the more information possible in the less amount of words.

6.     How will I appeal to the grade 10-13 audience?
Even though hot colour attract more attetion most of the teenager like cold and dull place so blue colours on the background would be perfect. Meanwhile teenages neon is very popular and i attracts the audiece attention so mabay the neon text will push them to read it.

Evaluation of the sources

Most of my sources are websites but none of the is wikipedia and I think that they are sources that i can trust and as i can see from the presentation of the websites the are formal and the look like a good source with lots of information.
Mean while some of the youtube videos are not so trustful because everyone can post a video on youtube and people could give the worng information that is why I have been very careful during the selection of the videos.
The only sources on which i have 100% trust are Miss Daykin and my survey because i did them.
